« Cardiology Morphs into Cardiovascular Medicine | Main | Providing LIS Services Under an SaaS Model »

I was greatly amused by this post, and decided to read more about corporate-blogging-as-advertising. The Wikipedia article on blogs has this to say about corporate blogs:

"In the early twenty-first century, many magazines and newspapers began sponsoring personal blogs by their employees. (...) In a creative extension of the model, employees at other media companies began blogs focusing on the companies' products. For example, many actors in pornography blog about their work on company sites, creating a sense of personal connection between consumer and product."

Since I am writing this on a hospital computer, I cannot research this topic further.

The fact that I am rolling on the floor laughing is purely coincidental.
