I followed up on your comment and found what you were talking about. The tool I have been using is called the mTuitive xPert (mTuitive, MA.). It is designed to be used by non-programmer/domain knowledge content manager (as I see myself). One can acquire content from the company or build it in to suit local practices. It allows building of rules, using logic to control list items and also accept formulae to determine staging/grading. We are also exploring the potential for other domains - non-cancer related.
